Boehringer Ingelheim is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Alison Barker as Animal Health Director, Taiwan, effective May 1, 2025, based in Taipei. She will focus on strengthening the company’s leadership position and long-term development strategy in Taiwan’s animal health market. At the same time, she will become a member of Animal Health TCM Leadership Team, contributing to the implementation of strategic plans and resource alignment across regional markets.

Ms. Alison Barker joined Boehringer Ingelheim’s Animal Health business in 2009 and has held multiple leadership roles in Australia and Southeast Asia. She successfully led commercial and marketing initiatives to drive business performance and growth. Most recently she was based in Singapore, leading the commercial execution and business strategy across the Southeast Asia, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand (ASKAN) region.

Ms. Alison Barker holds a veterinary degree from Murdoch University and MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience across both developed and emerging markets.
